Consulting Stage（Free）
Customers submit their “Requirements” by phone, email.
The content involved includes: 1. Requirements; 2. What you need; 3. Design content; 4. Design purpose
Telephone communication, we support preliminary professional advice.
The customer submits the documentary requirements, we give the quotation
The Planning Stage：
The customer confirms the quotation and makes the deposit ( More than 30%-50% design fees basic on the specific project. The deposit is non refundable on the specifics of the design job )
Moving to the design stage after we get the deposit, the customer should provide the design required information and purpose, we provide professional advice and solutions (3 options in principle), communicate, negotiate, and reaching the program intention, we provide 2 modification plans, and then communication and finalization.
If the customer is not satisfied with the 2 modification plans and hopes to have other plans, we will try our best to help customer to achieve their ideas, but the extra design fees will be charged.
The Design Stage
We will move to the design stage after the plan finalization, and we will finish the details and complete the relevant professional drawing design job.
Finishing and Aftercare:
The client will do a double check and verify the design, then project finishing.
The customer will make the rest of the payment within a week after getting full design documents.
About architectural design, interior design, courtyard design and renovation projects:
The projects will be charged for the site. Survey fees and the measurement fees are extra.
After-Sales Service
1) We will set up your special folder in our company’s database free and help your business for querying, modifying and promo when you need these requirements in the future.
2) We provide you with free web links or cost-effective web pages (if you need)
3) We will provide you or your business with free modification (modification workload <25%, if more than 25% job, we will charge a reasonable extra fee)
